When I left my former group neurology practice in order to begin my own practice, with a novel way of improving the quality of care for patients with epilepsy, I met with Sal Cannizzaro and was struck by how engaging he was. He recognized that my concept would be a success and he went out of his way to ensure that my transition into private practice would be smooth and successful. This was in 2018 and now, 4 years later, I have an extremely open business relationship with SFC enterprises – especially with Sal and Frank.

SFC Enterprises was instrumental in bringing a team together to build New Jersey’s first independent video EEG monitoring unit outside of a hospital setting, the only second of its kind in the United States. We worked through a lot of difficult planning and managed to expeditiously build a brand new office with all of the services available for my unique class of patients, living with a diagnosis of epilepsy. I enjoy how organized the process was, how forthcoming the team of architects and builders, led by Frank Cannizzaro, were in building out the large office space. They are flexible and pivot when unforeseen complications are encountered. They were up front about the costs and there were no unexpected cost overruns with the construction.

As a landlord, SFC Enterprises is diligent in ensuring that all tenants are well cared for. We have a class A building that is clean and well maintained.

As I grow my neurology practice, I intend to continue using SFC enterprises for property development, construction and property management while I can solely focus on being the best doctor I can for all of my patients. I really appreciate Sal, Frank and the rest of the team at SFC Enterprises.
