Immediate Care Medical Walk-In Centers

As being the preferred builder of Immediate Care Medical Walk-In; constructibility played a significant role during the pre-construction phases of these centers. These were fast paced builds completing anywhere from two to three urgent care facilities within a six-month period due to high demand for urgent care practices and incoming competition within the region. SFC Enterprises, Inc. produced and completed nine urgent care locations within a three-year period throughout the state of New Jersey.

The constructibility review process required the execution of material equipment, ordering, contracting, scheduling, and commissioning of each new clinic. Each facility required a physicist designed and approved x-ray room, a phlebotomy laboratory, multiple exam rooms and a bathroom facility dedicated to drug testing and screening.
