SFC Enterprises held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Marlboro Medical Arts Building on Tuesday, August 23.  The groundbreaking was attended by a vast array of individuals who helped to get the project underway, including industry partners and public officials.

Welcoming remarks were delivered by SFC’s CEO, Salvatore F. Cannizzaro, followed by an address from Marlboro Mayor Jonathan Hornik, and CentraState’s President and CEO, John T. Gribbin.  The CentraState Health Pavilion at Marlboro and Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Marlboro will serve as anchor tenants. The complex is located at 479 Newman Springs Road in Marlboro, NJ, near Route 79. The location will accommodate the western Monmouth County markets of Marlboro, Manalapan, Freehold, Holmdel, Colts Neck and Lincroft.  The Marlboro Medical Arts Building is classified as a class-A professional office building, with 100 percent of the space approved for medical purposes. The project includes two buildings – a two-story medical arts building totaling 24,000 square feet, and a single-story building with 11,261 square feet of space for a total of 35,261 square feet. The project will include 212 total parking spaces.

The Marlboro Medical Arts Building is a collaborative project between two leading local firms with over 60 years of experience in development and general contracting.
